Flor da Falésia Villas is a private condominium located in Açoteias, Albufeira. Surrounded by a large and peaceful pine-tree area, still benefits from the proximity of Falésia beach (400 m). It consists of six semi-detached villas, with three bedrooms, garage, swimming pool for adults and children and beautiful gardens, that offer you all the calm and tranquility, ideals for family vacations.

Each house has ground floor and first floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with two single beds, private bathrooms, air conditioning and balconies.

On the ground floor, there is a kitchen, a storage room, one bathroom and living room. The kitchen is equipped and furnished with modern decoration. The living room, large, is equipped with table and chairs, sideboard, two sofas, coffee table, fireplace and television (satellite tv). Outside there is a large terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and parasol, so that you can have outdoor dining or just enjoy the surrounding nature.

When you come out of the terrace, you get into a fantastic private grassed area, ideal for the young ones play and to the swimming pool, where you have sun loungers and parasols, so that you can enjoy the heat and the sun.

Each of these houses have garage for one car, but you can also park, another vehicle, on the garage access ramp, inside the condominium.

Throughout the development you can use free internet access (wifi).

Just hundred meters away, there is a square with supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, bookstall and other shops where it is possible to buy small souvenirs and traditional products from Algarve.

Cleaning/week: On the 3rd day with change of towels and on the 7th day with change of towels and linen, except saturdays, sundays and holidays.
